Gim Del Villar KC is the Solicitor-General for Queensland.
Professor Emerita Anne Twomey is a Professor of Constitutional Law at the University of Sydney.
The evening will be chaired by Dr Peta Stephenson, Senior Lecturer at the School of Law at the Queensland University of Technology.
