Book Launch and Evening Seminar — Constitutionalising Asia: Asian Constitutionalism or Constitutionalism in Asia?
On Thursday 4 September 2014, The Honourable Justice Susan Kenny of the Federal Court of Australia will launch Professor Yeh's latest jointly edited publication, Constitutionalism in Asia: Cases and Materials.
The Asian Law Centre (ALC) and the Centre for Comparative Constitutional Studies (CCCS) will host Professor Jiunn-rong Yeh from National Taiwan University from 25 August 2014 until 10 September 2014.
This will be followed by a keynote address by Professor Yeh.
